  • The work area must always be clean and impeccable.

topPersonnel Safety

  • Dosimeter mandatory.
  • DMC advisable (ask to Angelito).
  • EPI (Equipements de Protection Individuels) dedicated to radiation protection are available in the wardrobe TE-EPC CP-05 (the key is in the key box at the lab 866-2A-01) :
    • Gloves (SCEM : 50.43.20.080.3).
    • Coat (SCEM : 50.43.90.302.3 ).
  • Mandatory hand foot control out of the building if the controller is available.

topTools

  • Tooling is available for work in layette equipmentTE-EPC WP-05 (the key is in the key box at the lab 866-2A-01), it is very well supplied but the material can be added if needed. In any case the equipment should be out of the area because it is regarded as radioactive.
  • Specialized equipment (pump desoldering, hot tweezers, desoldering iron for ICs, ...) is present but should only be used by MPE. A task schedule have to be done with Sylvain within a delay of a few days.

topWaste

  • Radioactive waste have to be sorted on the shelf of the area: Metals, fuel and other.
